The ring is a very good idea.
Is a little overexposed on some parts....and I also wish to see more of the hand.

Good idea !! yes getting the full hand would help !!
I would shoot this from a bit more distance to get more details & then crop it tight to include the baby's hand !!
Should i also add a Welcome to GFX for him
